An unusually grand glebe house erected for Reverend Marcus Gervais Beresford (1801-85), Incumbent of Drung Parish, Corravahan House has been attributed to William Farrell (d. 1851) of Dublin.  Subsequently occupied by generations of the Leslie family, Corravahan House is notable for its architectural merits and for the preservation of its original period features including an elegant staircase, Italian marble chimneypieces, and decorative plasterwork.  Conservation works are ongoing on the house and members of the public are welcome at advertised times or by appointment.
