Description

A lost demesne, now intensively farmed. Once sizeable demesne for late 18th century house, which was positioned on high ground overlooking the Fane river. Extant tower house west of late 18th century house (both buildings in ruins). Once tree-covered, but depleted from late 19th century. Heyday in late Victorian period.
