Former small demesne with compact parkland landscape, possibly for owner or manager of Cambrackville Brewery. House set in parkland with shelter belts surrounding with walled garden and orchard, pre 1863; gate lodge to north now gone. Railway line added to east in 1849. Walled garden internally altered before 1863. Shape of site discernible; site of house noted by surviving ornamental evergreen trees; part of one wall of walled garden extant; shelter belt on east side (probably replacement trees) at railway line. House in ruins by 1938, now gone.
