Modest site for pre 1834 two-storey house, which once extended to the shores of Rathmelton Channel. Was derelict but restored over the last ten years. Original stone outbuildings were demolished and the site is now a garden. One stone building north of the house renovated. Productive garden and orchard southwest of house now a modern ornamental garden. House surrounded by well maintained ornamental grounds. Continuous driveway from two entrances to the front door. Back entrance to the north. Small stand of fine mature trees to the north.
