Recent timber shopfront with square-headed glazed doors and windows.

Appraisal

This well maintained and well proportioned building stands lower than its neighbouring buildings. Recent repointing of the brickwork makes it a focal point on the terrace, and the use of red mortar to add colour to bricks is a typical feature in Dublin throughout the centuries. The decreasing scale of fenestration is typical of its time, as the main living areas were on the first floor.
