Elliptical-arch front doorway has replacement uPVC door, and rendered steps. Appraisal

This substantial uniformly arranged early twentieth-century suburban house continues the pattern of villa-type detached dwellings on several approaches to Clones which help to define the interface between the urban centre and the rural hinterland. The finely executed brickwork and decorative mouldings contribute to this building’s architectural merit.
