Two-storey end of terrace house, built c.1910, with two-bay first floor and three-bay ground floor. Canted bay windows flanking entrance doorway, all under lean-to roof that continues along front of adjoining houses of terrace. Two-storey return to rear. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks, red brick eaves course and square-profile cast-iron rainwater goods. Yellow brick walls with red brick block-and-start quoins, and with red brick to walling of canted bay, and rendered walling to return. Blank carved sandstone plaque to first floor. Segmental arch double window opening to first floor and square-headed openings to bay windows, with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, red brick block and start surrounds, and painted sills. Square-headed door opening with panelled timber door. Decorative wrought-iron railings over smooth rendered plinth with similar wrought-iron pedestrian gate to garden to front of house, and similar double-leaf wrought-iron vehicular gate to west with rendered piers.
This house is the largest of three in this pleasant terrace. Its form and detailing, especially its symmetrically arranged canted bays, and the polychrome brickwork, are typical of small-town suburban houses. Retention of its timber sash windows and original rainwater goods, as well as the front garden with its decorative railings and gate contribute to its architectural heritage value.
