Detached five-bay two-storey parochial hall, built c.1880, originally four-bays, now with later extension. External stair leading to first floor to rear elevation. Pitched slate roof with crested ridge tiles, brick stack on the south gable and cast-iron rainwater goods. Plain smooth rendered walls with illegible date stone, rusticated quoins to original block, and platband at sill level of upper floor windows. Decorative fixed metal windows with framed oculi in upper and lower sections and wide margin panes. Square-headed door openings with replacement uPVC doors. Set back from road.
A handsome building enriched by raised quoins, plat band and unusual fenestration, in a formal yet asymmetrical arrangement. It is a distinctive addition to the landscape surrounding Redhills village and has played a significant social role in the local area.
