Detached single-storey rendered house, built c. 1850. L-plan, canted bay to east elevation with corbelled gable over. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, brick flat-capped chimneystacks with yellow clay pots. Unpainted roughcast walling, projecting gables on moulded corbels. Pointed-headed window openings, dressed stone sills, painted two-over-two timber sash windows. Heavily overgrown, remnants of wrought-iron gates. Located on long, narrow, grass track due east of Collooney village.
The style of this totally overgrown property is reminiscent to that of a gate lodge. The building appears to be of some interest from the architectural details and remnants of wrought-iron fences and gates which can be glimpsed among the undergrowth.
