Detached five-bay two-storey rendered former farmhouse, built c. 1850, now in ruins. Hipped roof porch to north, linear outbuilding to west. Pitched slate roof, clay ridge tiles, roughcast corbelled chimneystacks, half-round cast-iron gutters on eaves corbel course. Unpainted roughcast walling, limestone sills, painted six-over-six timber sash windows to front elevation, six-over-three to rear. Square-headed door openings, painted vertically-sheeted doors. Two single-storey out-buildings to south. Set-back from roadside, rubble stone boundary wall, hooped wrought-iron gate.
This example of a two-storey vernacular farmhouse and attendant outbuildings, although in a ruinous state, retains much evidence of original features and materials.
