Detached five-bay single-storey corrugated iron community hall, built c. 1905. Small pitched-roof porch to north gable, projection from south-east corner, three-bay single-storey roughcast west wing. Pitched corrugated iron roofs, hipped to south-east projection and south end, painted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystack on gable of west wing, painted timber strap work to gable of porch, uPVC rainwater goods. Corrugated iron walling to hall, painted smooth-rendered walling to west wing. Square-headed window openings, painted timber casement windows with bottom-hung inward-opening top casements. Square-headed entrance, painted double flush-panelled timber doors. Set in south-east corner of large gravelled car park.
This individualistic little building lies at the heart of the local community. It is an increasingly rare example of the use of corrugated iron in a community building.
