Appraisal

This splendid house is an impressive and striking structure which is enlivened by the play of projecting elements of the façade, its richly detailed pediment and eaves, decorative barges to the porch, and delicately designed open porch. The impressive entrance gate screen makes a fitting introduction to Ballyglass House. Railings and gate piers are well-executed and exhibit competent craftsmanship.
