Detached two-bay two-storey rendered former gardener's house, built c. 1900, now ruin. Rectangular plan, lean-to porch to west, single-storey lean-to extension to north-east. Hipped slate roof, clay ridge tiles, unpainted smooth-rendered corbelled chimneystack, half-round cast-iron gutters on eaves corbel course. Painted smooth-rendered ruled-and-lined walling, channel-jointed quoins. Square-headed window openings, stone sills, windows missing but some fragments of leaded lights. Square-headed door opening to porch, door missing. Extensively overgrown, walled garden to south, Lissadell House to east.
This former gardener's house is in a ruinous state but still retains its original form and some early fabric. The gardener's house, located beside the walled gardens, forms an important addition to the Lissadell Estate and attests to the continued development of the estate during the early twentieth century.
