T-plan, two-bay two-storey return, projecting gable-fronted entrance porch at centre of front (south) elevation. Pitched slate roofs, clay ridge tiles, painted smooth-rendered chimneystacks, profiled extruded aluminium gutters on overhanging painted timber fascias, projecting painted timber bargeboards. Painted ruled-and-lined smooth-rendered walling. Square-headed window openings, painted masonry sills, uPVC casement windows to south elevation, painted two-over-two timber horizontally sub-divided sash windows to gables.
