End-of-terrace two-bay three-storey stone house, built c. 1860. One of a group of three. Now in use as offices. Pitched artificial slate roof c. 2000, rendered chimneystack, square profile gutters, cast-iron downpipe. Exposed squared limestone walls. Square-headed window openings to upper floors, brick dressings, painted reveals, painted stone sills, uPVC casement windows c. 2000. Triple round-headed window openings to ground floor to east, fixed pane painted timber windows c. 2000. Round-headed entrance, limestone surround, plain-glazed fanlight, hardwood panelled door c. 2000. Three stone steps to entrance. Street fronted, located to east of neigbouring church grounds.
Although much of the original fabric has been lost including the original render, this planned terrace of three well- proportioned town houses continues to make an important contribution to the streetscape.
