Detached cruciform three-bay single-storey with half basement house, built c.1820, with single-storey extension to north-west. Now in use as a private dwelling. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and decorative timber bargeboards to eaves. Coursed stone walls. Square-headed window openings with sandstone lintels, limestone sills and tripartite timber sash windows. Timber panelled door set in gabled entrance porch with sandstone lintel. Located close to the shores of Clogher Lough.
A house located close to the shores of Clogher Lough and believed to have an association with nearby Moylurg House. It has been sensitively extended to the north-west and its form and scale are still appealing features. The sandstone lintels to the window and door openings contrast with the limestone walls, while the small timber sash windows and decorative bargeboards complete the idyllic nature and setting of the building.
