Station abuts single-storey parcel office to north-west. Canopy to rear shelters platform waiting area. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and oversailing eaves. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Random coursed limestone walls. Tooled limestone quoins, opening surrounds and plinth. Timber sash and replacement segmental-headed windows with stone sills. Segmental-headed entrance with replacement glazed timber with fanlight and sidelights.
