Detached five-bay four-storey warehouse with half-attic, extant 1897. Disused, 1916[?]. Now in ruins. Pitched roof now missing with no rainwater goods surviving on ivy-covered cut-limestone eaves. Ivy-covered coursed rubble stone walls originally rendered[?] with tooled cut-limestone flush quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with cut-limestone shallow sills, and red brick block-and-start surrounds supporting hammered limestone lintels with no fittings surviving. Interior in ruins. Set in unkempt grounds originally shared with Cloonagh Corn Mill (extant 1838; disused 1916).
The ivy-enveloped shell of a lofty warehouse not only surviving as an interesting relic of the Cloonagh Corn Mill complex following the deterioration of the adjacent mill (extant 1838; disused 1916), but also illustrating the continued development of the complex in the later nineteenth century.
