Mill complex, extant 1896, on an L-shaped plan including (east): Attached seven-bay single-storey coach house on a rectangular plan. Now disused. Pitched slate roof on collared timber construction with clay ridge tiles, and no rainwater goods surviving on cut-limestone eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered coursed rubble limestone walls. Series of three camber- or segmental-headed carriageways (north) with red brick voussoirs. Set in unkempt grounds shared with Owenmore.
A mill complex contributing positively to the group and setting values of the Owenmore estate with later machinery supplied (1910) by Cornelius Cadle (1847-1927) of Wellington Quay in Dublin.
