Terraced single-bay two-storey house, extant 1838[?]. Reroofed. Replacement pitched fibre-cement slate roof with clay ridge tiles terminating in cement rendered chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on rendered cut-limestone eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to ends. Square-headed window openings including square-headed window opening in bipartite arrangement (first floor) with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two (ground floor) or one-over-one (first floor) timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front having scored cut-limestone kerbing.
