Hipped slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimneystacks and profiled cast-iron rainwater goods. Pebbledashed walls. Timber sash windows. Appraisal

The vocational school in Keshcarrigan was the first such school built in County Leitrim. Although neglected, and in poor repair, the form survives intact with original fabric including the double doors, conventional Georgian sash windows and slated roof.
