This three-bay house with chamfered corner is an attractive contributor to the streetscape in Drumsna. Its modest form is enhanced by decorative elements including a block-and-start doorcase, stucco surrounds to windows and petal fanlights. Its simple pubfront with display window and fascia are good examples from the mid-twentieth century.
