Detached five-bay three-storey commercial warehouse, built c.1890, with stucco shopfront, recent porch, two-storey return and extension to rear. Abuts two-storey post office to east and is now used as a bed and breakfast. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Ruled-and-lined render and channelled stucco and quoins to façade with fascia to first floor. Shopfront with pilasters, dentil cornice and console brackets with masks and other motifs. Rendered rear elevation. Timber sash windows set in stuccoed architraves to first floor. Integral carriage arch opening to eastern-most bay with wheel guards.
This finely-built structure is notable as the only three-storey building in Kiltyclogher. The shopfront and fascia are reminders of its origins as a commercial warehouse. The shopfront is attractive, and particularly well detailed, and adds artistic interest to the streetscape.
