Freestanding rectangular-plan mausoleum, dated 1861. Roof now collapsed and tree growing within. Walls of rubble limestone, with squared quoins and string course below top of walls. Round-headed entrance doorway to south-east, having block and start dressings and which may date to c.1750, having inscribed round-headed plaque with rustic lettering and date of 1861. Limestone steps and threshold to doorway.
This stone-built mausoleum is a simple structure which is difficult to date but the doorcase, with its large blocks of stone could be mid-eighteenth century. The inscription is a good example of folk art.
