Terraced four-storey limestone-built former warehouse, built c.1800, having five-bay ground floor and four-bay upper floors. Now in use as apartments and shop. Pitched slate roof with cut-stone eaves course, copings and kneelers. Rubble walls having tooled quoins. Slightly camber-headed openings, with rubble voussoirs to top two floors and dressed voussoirs to lower two floors, all with slate sills and replacement timber windows. Irregularly placed openings to second and top floors of south bay. Timber battened door to south end and recent glazed door towards middle.
This imposing façade of this former warehouse is enlivened by a variety of window sizes. Its double-height main entrance door reflects its historical use, as does its location adjacent to the harbour - marking the location as a centre of trade. Its ground floor openings are subtly enhanced through the use of tooled limestone voussoirs.
