Appraisal

An elegantly composed, Georgian house, built as one of a terrace of four units (with 22830124 – 125, 285/WD-09-30-124 – 125, 285), which retains its original form and massing, together with important early salient features and materials, and which contributes to an attractive formal quality in streetscape.
