Terraced single-bay two-storey local authority house, c.1940, retaining original aspect. One of a terrace of eight forming part of a larger group of sixteen. Pitched (shared) roof with profiled clay tiles, concrete ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered band to first floor. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in own grounds with forecourt having unpainted roughcast boundary wall.
An appealing small-scale house of modest appearance, built as one of a terrace of eight forming part of a larger complex (with 22830336/WD-09-30-336) that is of significance representing the continued development of social housing by the local authority in the mid twentieth century. Well maintained, the house retains its original form and massing, and is one of very few houses in the complex that retains substantial quantities of the original fabric.
