Detached five-bay single-storey house, c.1910, on a symmetrical plan retaining original aspect with single-bay single-storey flat-roofed advanced porch to centre. Hipped roof with profiled clay tiles, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves. Flat concrete roof to porch. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills. 2/2 and 3/3 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in own grounds with forecourt having painted rendered boundary wall to perimeter with rendered panelled piers having profiled capping, and timber gate.
An attractive range of modest scale and appearance, which has been very well maintained to present an original aspect, and which forms an important component of the townscape of Stradbally, contributing to the historic character of the locality.
