Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining early fenestration. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging rendered eaves having iron brackets. Unpainted skim rendered, ruled and lined walls over rubble stone construction with ruling and lining following pattern of stone work. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 1/1 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An appealing small-scale house of modest appearance, which retains its original form and early fabric, and which contributes to the character of the streetscape. The treatment of the wall surface is a feature shared in common with a number of houses throughout Cappoquin.
