Appraisal

A well-proportioned modest-scale house, built as one of a terrace of ten identical houses (with 22810104/WD-21-10-104), which retains most of its original form, together with some important original salient features and materials. The house, together with the remainder in the terrace, forms an appealing feature of uniform appearance in the streetscape.
