Appraisal

An appealing modest-scale house, built as part of a development of sixteen houses (including 22809201, 3/WD-21-09-201, 3), which is of significance as evidence of the continuation of the tradition of sponsored housing in Lismore in the early to mid twentieth century. Very well maintained, the house retains its original form and massing, together with most of the original fabric, and contributes to the group value of the site.
