Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1800. Renovated and refenestrated, c.1875, with render façade enrichments added. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and moulded rendered surrounds, c.1875. Replacement 1/1 timber sash windows, c.1875. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround, c.1875, having entablature over on consoles, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1875. A well-proportioned and finely detailed modest-scale house that has been very well maintained, retaining its original form, together with substantial quantities of the early fabric, and which is distinguished in the streetscape, rising above the flanking ranges in the terrace.
