Appraisal

An attractive, small-scale range that retains its original form and character, together with important salient features, including stone eaves that contribute to the architectural value of the piece. The outbuilding forms part of a larger complex with further structures of vernacular appearance and significance in the immediate locality (including 22802013, 15 - 6/WD-07-02-13, 15 - 6).
