Detached two-bay single-storey outbuilding with attic, c.1875, retaining original aspect. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered coping, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Unpainted roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sill, and no fitting. Square-headed door openings (including to first floor side (east) elevation approached by flight of steps) with timber lintels, and timber boarded doors. Set back from line of road perpendicular to road.
An attractive, small-scale range that retains its original form and character, together with important salient features, including stone eaves that contribute to the architectural value of the piece. The outbuilding forms part of a larger complex with further structures of vernacular appearance and significance in the immediate locality (including 22802013, 15 - 6/WD-07-02-13, 15 - 6).
