Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1990, decorative red clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on render eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined wall to front (south-east) elevation (possibly replacement, c.1990) with rendered channelled piers. Painted roughcast wall to rear (north-west) elevation with roughcast buttress. Square-headed window openings (remodelled, c.1990, to ground floor) with rendered sills (replacement concrete sills, c.1990, to ground floor). Replacement timber casement windows, c.1990. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1990. Road fronted.
This house, despite alterations to the ground floor, remains of significance for its early age, as identified by features such as the buttress to the rear (north-west) elevation. The house also retains most of its original form to the upper floors, including small-scale openings forming a symmetrical design. The house is of importance for its contribution to the historic character of Clonea.
