Appraisal

An attractive middle-sized villa-style house, composed of balanced Classical proportions, which has been very well maintained, presenting an original aspect to the exterior. The house forms the centrepiece of a substantially-intact middle-size farm holding and ancillary features such as the stone cobbling and the wrought iron fences to the grounds enhance the historic quality of the site. Set in slightly elevated grounds, the group is an appealing feature in the landscape.
