Section of random rubble stone boundary wall, c.1720, with lime mortar, tooled cut-limestone stringcourse, and sections of slate coping. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
This section of boundary wall, which has been reasonably well maintained, is of significance as an example of traditional construction using traditional materials. It is also possible that the wall incorporates some fabric of the medieval town wall that once enclosed the city. The wall contributes considerably to the historic character of Patrick Street.
