Appraisal

This house, which has been well maintained, is an attractive substantial composition of balanced proportions that retains most of its original form and character to the upper floors. The house also retains some important early salient features and materials. The house is an integral component of the streetscape of Merchant’s Quay and contributes to the picturesque varied roofline of the street.
