Triple-arch road bridge over Anner River, built 1837. Roughly-dressed limestone walls and parapets with margined dressed limestone voussoirs to round arches, having V-cutwaters to north-east, downstream, elevation. Limestone plaque to south-east parapet elevation and snecked roughly-dressed abutments and approach walls.
This triple-arch road bridge, designed by Samuel Jones, is a significant part of the architectural heritage of the Cloneen district. Surveyor for the county, Jones was responsible for the design and execution of many fine bridges in the county. The rubble stone walls and rusticated voussoirs were clearly executed by skilled craftsmen.
