Triple-arch road bridge over River Clodiagh, built c. 1820, of random rubble limestone construction with later concrete reinforcement to piers, having roughly-dressed limestone voussoirs to round-headed arches. Roughly-dressed copings to parapets and rubble limestone V-shaped cutwaters with later concrete reinforcement to north elevation.
This bridge is a reminder of the engineering achievements and the quality of local craftsmanship in the early nineteenth century. The bridge is of solid rubble limestone construction, with later concrete reinforcement.
