Description
Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1840, with pitched slate roof having brick chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render plinth course. Square-headed openings having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed opening having glazed overlight over timber panelled door.
Appraisal
This attractive town house retains much of its original character and form. Features such as the slate roof, brick chimneystacks and sash windows help conserve the original aspect of the structure, which presents a modest façade to the streetscape.
