Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, having recent single- and two-storey additions to rear (south-east). Pitched slate roof having rendered and uPVC clad eaves course, rendered chimneystack, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflight. Rendered walls having render platbands to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with stone and rendered sills, having raised render surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front (north-west) elevation, uPVC casement windows to rear. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround and replacement glazed timber door to front elevation.
This fine house has retained much of its historic form and fabric through the retention of key features, including sash windows and a fine slate roof. Decorative render detailing further enhances the building's aesthetic appeal and adds interest to the streetscape.
