Appraisal

This attractive house, clearly influenced by the contemporary Edwardian architectural fashion has retained much of its form and historic character. The use of multiple gables and a canted-bay window are characteristic of this style and serve to accentuate the height of the structure. Decorative elements have been limited to these architectural features with moulded render panels serving to enliven an otherwise unadorned façade.
