Freestanding remains of former Church of Ireland church, built 1829, comprising octagonal-profile bell tower with spire. Snecked sandstone walls with dressed limestone quoins, buttressed to south elevation. Rendered spire with render cornice having ball details. Pointed arch openings with carved chamfered limestone surrounds. Attached to remains of rubble sandstone wall of former church with recent plaque. Graveyard to site with carved stone grave markers. Carved limestone tomb to west of site with cast-iron railings surrounding. Chamfered cruciform grave marker to north-east of site with engraved lettering. Carved limestone obelisk grave marker to north east of site with cast-iron railings surrounding.
Well-executed masonry and coherent decorative scheme makes a notable addition to landscape. Though church is gone, it remains as a reminder of religious worship in the area. Graveyard adds context.
