Appraisal

A substantial semi-detached Victorian house with bold asymmetry in the arrangement of the front elevation, seen in features such as the projecting front bay, entrance porch, and canted bay. While the house features a very classicized tripartite window with pediment, the multiple stringcourses and bracket courses are typical of Victorian housing.
