Freestanding octagonal-plan tapering chimney, built c.1900, probably associated with former mill to north. English bond brick walls. Located adjacent to road. Now located in garden of house.
Appraisal
An eye-catching roadside chimney that is a reminder of the industrial heritage of this area. It was probably associated with the former mill to the north. The tapering brick construction contrasts with the more traditional stone and render in the area.
