Appraisal

This elegantly proportioned corner-sited building has maintained its historic character and form through the retention of numerous original features including numerous sash windows, cast-iron rainwater goods and decorative render details. Being of a larger and more imposing form than other buildings in the area, this building is particularly prominent in the streetscape.
