Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, with shopfront to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with uPVC rainwater goods and rooflight. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with margined one-over-two timber sliding sash windows having rendered surrounds and stone sills. Timber shopfront comprising pilasters with capitals supporting architrave, fascia and cornice. Square-headed opening with timber fixed pane display window. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door, sidelights and overlight.
This building has a modest façade of balanced proportions, which retains a delightful shopfront. The windows are an unusual feature of high quality craftsmanship, possibly attesting to the skill of the former workshop. The composition of this building contributes to the overall character and variety of the streetscape.
