Terraced three-bay four-storey premises, c. 1790; in use as offices. Slate pitched roof, rendered chimney stack, parapet with plain coping, flat roofed dormer extension, c. 1975. Brick façade in Flemish bond with some areas repointed, brick flat arches and painted rendered plinth band, retaining timber sliding sash windows, round headed door opening with large fanlight and sidelights with lead work, and engaged Ionic pilasters, replacement timber panelled entrance door; street frontage with small garden area to front bounded by moulded limestone kerb and wrought iron railings.
Substantial late eighteenth-century building, now altered and modernised, although retaining much original external fabric, including an elegant doorcase. This building is also important to the surrounding streetscape in terms of scale, form and massing and is significant as part of historically important terrace on the South Mall.
