Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1875, as part of a terrace of four houses. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and eaves dentils. Rendered walls with moulded render surrounds to ground floor openings. Original timber sash windows with stone sills, and retaining original cast-iron sill guards to the ground floor openings. Original timber panelled door with toplight.
Built as part of terrace of four houses, this group of buildings makes a positive contribution to the streetscape, due to the scale and form of the group. This house is enhanced by the retention of many original features and materials, such as the timber sash windows, decorative moulded render detail, cast-iron sill guards and the eaves dentils.
