Description
Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1845, as part of a group of four with the adjoining houses to the east. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack. Pebbledashed walls to ground floor, rendered walls to upper floors. Replacement aluminium windows and timber panelled door.
Appraisal
This house forms part of an interesting terrace with the adjoining houses to the east. The scale and form of these houses contribute to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, these houses are representative of the quayside development in this area during the first half of the nineteenth century.
